Here's how the program works:
• Call or email Albert Miles (251-500-6995) at albert@liquidlife.com, or Hollie Hawkins (251-974-3063) at hollie@liquidlife.com, to make the introduction.
• The $2000-$5000 referral bonus will be paid at the time the contract is signed and the unit is available for rent in our program.
• Agent must initiate the introduction to Liquid Life to be eligible for the referral fee. (It has to be the agent’s suggestion to their client, and the agent needs to introduce their client to Liquid Life.)
We respect and protect the relationship you have established with your clients.
Five Ways we protect your relationship with your clients when you refer them to Liquid Life for management services:
- We don’t sell real estate. There is no Real Estate Sales Team at Liquid Life. We don’t even try. We are committed to Premium Vacation Rental Management.
- We keep your name next to your client’s name and property on our master list of condos and beach homes.
- If there is a question that is more about real estate sales, we direct clients back to you.
- We provide a Rental Performance Report 3 times a year to assist you in guiding your clients in the purchasing process.
- We do a great job of CLEANING and RENTING your clients’ properties.
