Every guest also receives a customized TouchStay digital guidebook. This guidebook is  mobile-friendly and packed with everything they need: driving directions, complex entry codes, Wi-Fi info, and curated dining and activity recommendations. Our Guest Services and Reservations teams are available 7 days a week, and we offer 24/7 on-call support for anything urgent. Every night, a local Liquid Life agent is on-call specifically for emergencies, ensuring there’s always someone nearby and ready to step in, no matter the hour. Whether it’s helping a family choose the perfect condo, resolving a mid-stay issue, or resetting a lock at midnight, we’re on it. This hands-on care reduces stress, improves the guest experience, and keeps people coming back year after year.

We don’t just respond, we guide. Our team helps navigate guests through the entire process, from selecting the right property to answering detailed questions about amenities, beach access, or which balcony gets the best view. Before arrival, we coordinate all parking passes and wristbands, communicate any HOA construction or complex updates, and send all check-in information early. This ensures guests feel prepared, not puzzled. And once they’ve arrived? We stay connected. Our Guest Services team acts as the liaison between guests and our housekeeping or maintenance teams, coordinating any mid-stay requests or unexpected issues, so guests can stay focused on their vacation, while we take care of everything else.
