What’s more, your unit’s linens aren’t washed in your washer/dryer. They’re handled in our own commercial laundry facility, where we protect quality and extend appliance life in your property.

Housekeeping Cleaning Checklist

Our housekeepers use this checklist to ensure that each part of your property meets the Liquid Life Cleanliness Standards.

Before starting this checklist, housekeepers must first:

Complete the First 10, send it in.
Complete the Linen Control Collection Form and report needs.

Now the housekeepers begin following the wall using Liquid Life approved Chemicals and the checklist below.

Clean, Sanitize & Disinfect
Pull out fridge drawers/clean inside and under them ( do not leave wet)
Empty Ice and turn off ice maker
Clean excess ice from freezer
Remove all items from fridge/freezer
Run Garbage Disposal and Clean – check for food make sure nothing left in there
Empty crumbs from toaster, wipe crumbs from crumb catcher.
Clean coffee pot & coffee maker, filter, tray, and dripper
Microwave & Stove Hood
Wipe out oven & oven drawer
Check ALL drawers/cabinets as well as dishes, pans and silverware for debris or grease.
Wipe down cabinet doors
Check the dishwasher and give appropriate attention i.e run/dry out ect.
Polish all stainless steel with proper product i.e orange glow or stainless steel polish ( be sure not to leave greasy)
Wipe down the trash can, ensuring the inside is free from trash prior to putting in the new trash bag. Leave an extra bag and tie securely

Clean, Sanitize & Disinfect
Check all drawers and under all furniture
Pull sofa sleeper (s) out/unfold all the way and vacuum under and behind sofa
Dust all furnishings
Lamps – Dust & Plug into Outlet
Television / DVD Remotes – Reset Properly
Walls & Baseboards- Spot Clean
Vacuum, Sweep, and Steam Mop Floors and under area rugs

Dust – Light/Fan Fixtures and all furnishings
Clean, Sanitize & Disinfect
Check all drawers and under all furniture & closet
Make beds – Exchange every left linen for new per our Clean Bed Promise with the appropriate sized bedding.

Lamps – Dust & Plug into Outlet
Television / DVD Remotes – Reset Properly
Walls & Baseboards- Spot Clean
Vacuum, Sweep, Steam Mop Floors, Organize closet

Dust – Light/Fan Fixtures
Clean, Sanitize & Disinfect all surfaces- Mirrors, counters, cabinet doors, drawers, light switches, knobs, toilet paper holder etc.
Check all drawers and cabinets for left items.
Clean toilet thoroughly inside and out to include around the seal of toilet
Pay extra attention to baseboards in bathrooms especially around and behind toilet
Leave extra trash bag and tie bag securely
Clean tub/shower and glass top to bottom
Leave drain open
Check the shower liner for mildew. Clean with magic eraser if small amount
Request new one if unable to clean
Ensure the toilet brush and plunger are in a plastic bag and put under sink
Walls & Baseboards- Spot Clean
Vacuum, Sweep, Mop Floors

Ensure the lint trap is clean and no sand in the dryer drum or washer ( vacuum this out if needed).
Wipe down the tops of the washer dryer completely.
If the washer/dryer has bottom drawers be sure to vacuum these out as well.
Washing Machine – Clean & Leave Door / Lid Open
Clean sink
Remove any beach toys, chairs,floats etc that are not labeled with unit info.
If there is beach equipment belonging to the unit, organize it neatly.
Empty out units vacuum even if you did not use it
Walls & Baseboards- Spot Clean
Vacuum, Sweep, Steam Mop Floors

Wipe Down and Reset Furnishings
Clean Glass
Remove Debris
Sweep/Mop

HVAC Thermostat – Set to 72*
Balcony Doors – Lock
Front Door – Lock
