To Our Friends Who Sell Real Estate

Real Estate Agents
We’re not building a real estate sales brand. We’re not trying to market to buyers. We’re here to be a service. When someone is trying to buy a property and wants to understand potential rental income, we’re the experts on that. And we’re happy to share our rental history. We don’t focus on comps or polished proposals—we share what we’ve done in similar units in similar buildings. If we’ve performed well, we show it. If a real estate agent introduces us to a new buyer, we track it. “Hey, this condo at Lighthouse was brought to us by this realtor.” And since we’re not trying to sell anything, we’re not competition. We don’t have real estate agents working under the Liquid Life brand. It’s not part of our business.
That makes us a safe place for agents and buyers to come for rental data, program information, and guidance. We also pay a generous referral fee to our real estate friends, and it’s worked incredibly well. Just last year, 27 properties were referred to us by agents. So by staying focused on rentals and staying out of sales, we’ve positioned ourselves as everybody’s friend when it comes to finding the best option for property management after someone buys.
